Seng Liy Plastic Industry (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established, specialising in plastic recycling. From the beginning, our focus on recovery and reuse laid the foundation for a long-term commitment to sustainability.
We moved from upstream to downstream with the launch of Seng Liy Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. Supplying PVC building products made from recycled raw materials, we created a circular loop by supplying recycled materials and reintroducing them as finished products in the construction market.
We launched Nowa as our in-house brand to cater to building materials made from sustainable resources, strengthening our commitment to green innovation.
We introduced Gline, a brand offering a wide range of general building materials to serve diverse client needs.
In the same year, we launched Gaea, a premium brand specialising in wood polymer composite (WPC) products. Built on sustainability and innovation, Gaea reflects our vision to pioneer greener alternatives in the construction industry.
We strengthened Nowa with the launch of our in-house PVC corner bead production line, a flagship product that embodies our ESG values and reinforces our leadership in sustainable building solutions.
We formed Seng Liy Holdings Sdn. Bhd. to consolidate our subsidiaries under one umbrella, enabling greater scale, efficiency, and a sharper focus on innovation and sustainability.
We incorporated SL Greenoxis Pte. Ltd. in Singapore to strengthen our presence across Southeast Asia. In the same year, we established Verdicore Sdn. Bhd., becoming the first in ASEAN to manufacture a complete Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) interior system of doors, walls, and cabinets, setting new benchmarks for sustainable construction solutions.
