Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors.
• Promote Seng Liy’s sustainable construction and building-material solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales (construction/manufacturing preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Sales Department — Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator supports daily sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments to deliver efficient customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries with warehouse/logistics.
